Clear at least a 10-foot path to your driveway entrance and remove anything low-hanging over the drop zone (branches, gutters, wires). If you have sprinkler heads, a steep slope, or soft ground near the drop spot, mention it when you book so the driver can plan accordingly.

Yes — clear the driveway completely before the driver arrives. The roll-off truck needs about 60 feet of length to pull in, lower the bed, and slide the dumpster off. If the driveway is blocked or the clearance is too tight, the driver may not be able to complete the drop. When in doubt, call us and we can review the address with you.
