Construction disposal only works as a line item if the numbers hold still. Ours do: $300 flat for a 15-yard or $400 for a 20-yard on a 1-to-3-day cycle, $400 and $500 respectively for a full week, with 3,000 and 4,000 pounds of disposal included and overage at exactly 4 cents per pound. No fuel surcharge appears after the fact, no environmental fee materializes on the invoice, no tonnage rate floats with the market that week. A general contractor pricing a bathroom gut or a framing punch-out can put our number in the bid and know it survives to the final invoice. That is deliberate. Site-clearing debris, brush, and material from small structure teardowns ride fine as well; you load, we haul. Keep the prohibited short list out of the box: liquids, tires, batteries, refrigerant appliances, and anything hazardous, since a contaminated load slows everyone down and costs more than it saves.

An idle crew standing around a full dumpster is the most expensive equipment on the site. Multi-container sites can stagger boxes so one is always open while the other is in transit. Weekend and Sunday delivery means a Monday 7 a.m. start never depends on a Friday dispatcher's mood.
