Read the policies that govern delivery, pickup, pricing, and responsible dumpster use for On-Site Dumpster Solutions.
By booking a dumpster rental, you agree to our delivery and pickup terms, the pricing structure, and the prohibited waste guidelines. A rental period begins when the container is delivered and ends when we collect it within the agreed window.
We place dumpsters on driveway-safe wood blocks to protect pavement. You are responsible for providing a clear placement area and enough space for safe delivery. If placement must occur on a street or public area, confirming and obtaining any local approvals is your responsibility.
Our standard rental fees include the agreed rental period and an allowance for typical debris. Overweight or prohibited load fees may apply if the dumpster is loaded beyond its capacity or contains restricted materials.
Do not place hazardous waste, tires, automotive fluids, propane tanks, appliances with Freon, or wet paint in the dumpster. If prohibited materials are found, we may refuse pickup or charge additional fees.
